Lovely cafe! Had an iced chocolate coconut latte and turkey sandwich - both delicious! They have a great menu of basics and creative items. There’s space for about 4-5 people to sit inside, but there’s outdoor seating (not provided by the cafe). If you’re in the neighborhood highly recommend checking this cafe out!
Sweet little coffee shop, friendly owner. Their pistachio rolls are so special! I enjoyed the pistachio cream latte as well, but would order something unsweetened next time to go with the roll. Everything biscuit was very tasty too.
Lovely, small place with Turkish coffee and treats! The staff was so nice. Good to stop by for a break. I like the Turkish coffee I got, it was like to thickened espresso, also small cup but like a coffee powder paste. Surprisingly smooth and was perfect with some honey or maple syrup. Pistachio roll was rich, sticky texture. Not my type but I like the taste. For some reason, the strong pistachio almost tasted like matcha..!
Once I tried the coffee from Joy, I can truly never go anywhere else. The quality and taste is unbeatable. Most recently, the salted caramel special is AMAZING. D and her employees are so friendly, kind, and efficient. My favorite neighborhood spot since it opened and can’t imagine Cobble Hill now without Joy.
Update: has been back several times and their flat white and signature lattes have been consistently good, treats are bite sized and amazing. Matcha Latte is too diluted in milk, i prefer it more matcha forward. This place is open on Christmas day, yay! Quite a bold move to open a new coffee place next door to the neighborhood sweetheart Octavia Coffee. But I agree that it is a wonderful place. Very inviting and airy interior, great coffee (I had latte) and pleasant outdoor area which is perfect for people watching on a weekend morning.
Excellent Turkish coffee and Oatmilk latte, great atmosphere and friendly delightful barista, highly recommend!
I’m loving this Turkish & American coffee spot—a true hidden gem in the neighborhood! I just had their Mediterranean-style avocado toast with spices, a squeeze of lemon, fresh cucumbers, and feta on top—so flavorful and the perfect post-gym treat. Their coffee is amazing too!
A cozy place for coffee and tiny snacks. Indoor seating comfortably fit up to 8-10 people in a tight corner. A decent place for affordable coffee with oat, almond, skim milk options. Pistachio baklava is Asian sweet.
